Chelsea holds a Masters's in Marketing and Advertising and a Bachelor's in Dance. When she’s not dancing, Chelsea continues to propel her desire to see more representation in entrepreneurship. She works for DivaDance Company where she’s part of the senior leadership team. Chelsea has worked in all aspects of the company, and has helped propel the team to +50 national and international franchises. Recently, the company was voted as “Top Franchises to Watch” by Entrepreneur Magazine and has won various other accolades. The woman-owned company touts various women of color in leadership positions and she is proud to be one of them on a local and national level.
Chelsea is also very passionate about mentoring and donating her time to encourage the goals of others around her. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and loves serving the Westchester County community. She was a panelist at Yelp’s Black in Business summit, and she’s been on the board of directors for Youth Theatre Interactions, Inc. since 2013. As an influencer, Chelsea has worked with various brands in the health & fitness and beauty industries. Chelsea strives to create spaces for more health and wellness advocacy in and out of the arts as well as educating her followers on the importance of having a good business-acumen.
